I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new roof. We have never been involved with a project of this size and we were pretty stressed about it. You instilled confidence and put us at ease from the start.
You took the time to present your estimate, which was exemplary. You explained everything in detail, from the materials to be used to the final clean up. We never felt rushed to make a decision.
The list of references was extensive. We actually checked out a number of the homes to see completed projects. Not only did we see great workmanship, but it helped us pick the color for our roof.

As I told you over the telephone, I was impressed by the promptness and overall job that your men did in putting a new roof on my house.
They arrived around 8 AM and set right to work and never took any breaks. They worked hard and long. They also cleaned up after themselves making sure they cleaned all the little pieces of roofing or plastic that might have fallen off the roof. They cleaned my gutters and fixed my down spouts.
They were polite and kind. When they first arrived, I was quite concerned because I don’t speak Spanish. However, they understood me quite well and could speak English.
I can understand why you hired them as they represent you quite well.

Enclosed is a check for the roof repairs you did on our home...in addition, my husband and I want to let you know that you should keep up the good work! We were stressed out about shingles blowing off our roof, We then became even more stressed out when other roofers never called us back, or the ones that did never came to make the repairs. They seem not to know, or to forget that small jobs are important too, and that they eventually turn into big jobs.
